Press release from the issuing company

Adds Document Management Solutions from Westbrook Technologies, Inc. to its Portfolio VALLEY FORGE, Pa. Oct. 16, 2002--IKON Office Solutions, Inc. today announced the expansion of its electronic document management solutions offerings to include industry-leading solutions provider, Westbrook Technologies, Inc. Through this expansion, IKON expects to better serve the information sharing and storage needs of its customers, providing a seamless workflow of capture, archive and access -- anytime, anywhere. IKON's electronic document management solutions are designed to leverage the document imaging capabilities of digital multifunction devices or standalone scanners from Canon, Ricoh and other manufacturers to convert paper-based documents to digital format.
