Hilsher Graphics Producing Saddle Stitched Books with a New Presto
Press release from the issuing company
South Williamsport, Pennsylvania — Hilsher Graphics, a commercial printing facility in the heart of Pennsylvania, is running a new Presto saddle stitcher from Muller Martini.
Presto is capable of producing books at the rate of 9,000 cycles per hour. The compact design of its twin feeders saves production space, while its PLC controls make for simplified operation.
Presto makereadies are accomplished more quickly through the use of exterior handwheels with scales. The feature will help bindery operators at Hilsher Graphics move more quickly from job-to-job.
