Paperloop Names Nick Fielder to VP of Sales and Marketing

Nick Fielder has 16 years of experience in business-to-business publishing, most recently with Wilmington Publishing in the U.K. Fielder's area of recent focus has been the power industry, for which he was publisher of titles such as Modern Power Systems and Nuclear Engineering International and launched www.connectingpower.com as well as running related industry events. He will work from Paperloop's Brussels, Belgium, offices and will be responsible for relevant sales and marketing teams in Brussels and Atlanta, Ga. Fielder, who holds a B.A. degree in Business Studies and Modern Languages from Leeds University, U.K., said of his new position and Paperloop: "Over the past two years I and other publishers have admired www.paperloop.com with envy and agreed it to be the best business-to-business publishing site on the web. Nick Fielder's arrival corresponds with the launch of two new Paperloop products related to the vibrant tissue industry. Last week saw the introduction of Tissue World magazine, a new publication for senior executives within supplier, manufacturer and end-user companies serving the tissue market. On Sept. 30 the doors will open on a new Tissue World Americas show at the Hyatt Regency Hotel-Miami Convention Center, Miami, Fla. Exhibit space at the show has been sold out since May and the pre-registered attendee list includes tissue makers, tissue converters, analysts, consultants, suppliers and tissue buyers.
