PIA/GATF Presidents Conference: High-Performance Firms: Driving Up Profits

Press release from the issuing company

ALEXANDRIA, VA (August 28, 2002) – The Printing Industries of America, Inc. (PIA) and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) announce The Presidents Conference 2003 will be held at The Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne, Florida on March 5-9, 2003. What are the practices of high-performance printing companies? What do they do that makes them successful? The answers to these questions can be found at the 2003 Presidents Conference. Sound, tested practices and authentic, documented examples from the industry—not just theories or concepts—form the basis and the focus of each presentation. "The three-day conference is turbo-charged for maximum impact in a short time. Attendees will hear how high-performance companies drive up profits—in both fair weather and foul. Time and time again, these companies outpace the competition and emerge as winners. They may struggle, but good, solid practices prevail. All companies need a tune-up to achieve this kind of peak performance," said Michael Keene, Conference Chair and President of the John Roberts Company in Minneapolis, MN. The conference will feature topic experts, industry notables, and practitioners speaking on various topics that are important to the graphic communications industry.
