TORONTO & STAMFORD, Conn.--March 7, 2002--Robert G. Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited announced that the Board of Directors has elected Joan D. Manley to the Board. Ms. Manley is a former Group Vice President and former Director of Time Incorporated. Ms. Manley replaces Newton N. Minow, who is retiring from the Board. Robert G.
