Kennett Square, Pa. – Tech Services International LLC (TSI), has entered into an agreement with Sericol Imaging of Kansas City, Kan. to provide presite, installation, spare parts distribution and ongoing support for the Inca Digital Eagle 44 Ink Jet Flatbed Press. The terms of the agreement designate TSI as a service and support provider for Sericol’s installations in North America. Specifically, TSI will be implementing on site emergency and routine service, service contracts, telephone support, installation, training, spare parts warehousing and distribution, and front-end support. "TSI is known for their exemplary work in hardware and software support and workflow consultations to maximize production. This agreement offers us the opportunity to utilize the best service organization in North America without the investment of building our own group. TSI gives us the ability to be a full line service provider for our installations across the country," said Terry Amerine, Business Manager - Americas at Sericol Imaging.
