Ennis Subsidiary Gets Contract Extension with Largest Customer

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn.--Feb. 26, 2002--Northstar Computer Forms Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ennis Business Forms Inc, announced today the receipt of a contract extension from its largest customer, Travelers Express Company Inc. Travelers Express is a leading distributor of products and services to the Payment Services industry. The contract extension covers the printing and distribution of negotiable documents for Travelers through Dec. 31, 2005. Terms were not disclosed. Travelers Express' President and CEO, Phil Milne, comments that "Northstar is a valuable supplier and we are pleased to extend our business relationship with them.'' Northstar's President, Ken Overstreet, commented that "Travelers provides a base of business that ensures jobs for many people in this challenged economy. We are fortunate to share in their growth.''
