Creo Shareholders Approve Corporate Name Change to Creo

Feb. 22, 2002--Creo said yesterday that shareholders approved the corporate name change from Creo Products Inc. to Creo Inc. at their annual general meeting. This official name change follows the announced intention to consolidate all of the company's graphic arts business under the Creo banner.
The new Creo brand and logo were first launched at the Macworld tradeshow in San Francisco in January 2002.
Also shareholders approved the appointment of the eight nominated board members.
