Press release from the issuing company

GREENVILLE, S.C.--Feb. 20, 2002--Netspace of Greenville, one of 34 full-service Internet consultancy franchises licensed by the Miami, FL-based national franchisor Netspace, has entered into agreements with PIP Printing Incorporated, headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, and PIP Greenville, to produce sophisticated monthly e-newsletters incorporating full color graphics, text and flash animation, announced owner Tom Tiffany. PIP Corporate will be promoting the concept to all of its 400 franchisees via its own Netspace-launched e-newsletter, Einsider, added Tiffany, who enjoyed a 17-year career as a highly successful sales and marketing professional prior to opening Netspace of Greenville. Netspace corporate in Miami will provide its e-publisher software platform and tech support to Netspace of Greenville as follows: Tiffany will procure the opt-in databases and serve as marketing consultant on the development of the "netletters.'' Experienced webmasters at Netspace corporate will edit the newsletters and distribute over the company's e-publisher servers. Netspace's proprietary ClickTracking system will provide reports on numbers of newsletters opened, downloaded, links clicked on, "bounce-backs'' (undeliverable) and list management. "With beautiful graphics, first-quality opt-in mailing lists and an in-depth ClickTrack monitoring system, Netspace e-newsletters are an excellent branding tool and relationship building vehicle for PIP's 400 franchisees to reach existing and prospective clients in their respective territories,'' says Tiffany.
