Kodak Board Elects Robert Berman and James Manchisi Vice Presidents

ROCHESTER, N.Y.-Feb. 8, 2002--Eastman Kodak Company's board of directors elected two vice presidents at its board meeting late yesterday. Elected were Robert L. Berman, Director of Human Resources, and James Manchisi, President of Commercial & Government Systems. Berman, 44, was named Director of Human Resources in January. He was previously the Associate Director of Human Resources and the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for Global Operations. He has held a variety of key human resources positions for Kodak over his 19-year career, including the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for the Consumer Imaging business and Human Resources Director for Kodak Colorado Division. He received his BS degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. Manchisi, 44, was named President of Commercial & Government Systems in November 2001. He joined Kodak in November 1999 as General Manager of Government Markets and a divisional vice president of Commercial & Government Systems. Prior to joining Kodak, he was employed at GE Aircraft Control Systems from 1979 to 1992. He worked at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space from 1992 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, he was General Manager of the EDO Corporation - Barnes Division, located in Shelton, Connecticut.
