The new Member Advantage Center includes NAPL's Information Central service and offers callers immediate response for all business-related questions, along with prompt referrals to relevant industry experts as needed. The Center's trained Member Advantage Specialists also assist callers with registration for NAPL programs, seminars and conferences, and recommend and fulfill orders for NAPL's growing roster of educational products (including books, magazines, economic reports, CDs and videos).
