Valassis Names Rob Mason VP, Targeted Print & Media Solutions

LIVONIA, Mich., Jan. 30-- Valassis is pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Mason to Vice President of Targeted Print and Media Solutions. This promotion recognizes Mason's vast amount of experience and six years tenure in sales and sales leadership at Valassis. In his new position Mason will focus on some of Valassis' emerging client groups and continue to grow Valassis' client base.

Mason was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and began his career in the newspaper industry. After gaining 10 years of experience he moved into the commercial printing industry where he spent five years before joining Valassis in 1995. His career at Valassis began in our sales department where he spent five years focusing on retail clients. He was promoted to Director of Sales in November of 2000.
Mason and his wife make their home in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
