GREENSBORO, N.C., Jan. 28 - DTI Integrated Business Solutions has acquired the Mid- Atlantic operations of IKON Business Systems Services (BSS), a division of IKON Office Solutions, for an undisclosed amount. DTI was an independent integrator with 14 years experience prior to its 1997 acquisition by IKON. DTI retains all current assets and obligations of the former BSS operation, including its customer relationships with The Boy Scouts Of America, Food Lion, and Coca-Cola. DTI plans to maintain all of its current vendor contracts and relationships of the former BSS operation. DTI will also retain its core group of 33 employees with offices in Greensboro, Raleigh, Charlotte, NC and Virginia Beach, VA.
