COPPELL, Texas--Jan. 28, 2002--Impreso and its wholly-owned subsidiary, TST/Impreso, Inc. became the core supplier to Unisource Worldwide, Inc., a Georgia-Pacific company, for Wide Format Engineering Rolls & Ink Jet Media products. Unisource is the leading national distributor for commercial and business paper, imaging supplies, packaging systems, and facility supplies and equipment. "Wide Format Product sales to Unisource could exceed $2 million in the year 2002,'' stated Marshall Sorokwasz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Impreso, Inc. "The Wide Format Line of products is one of the paper industry's fastest growing categories, with printer growth doubling in the past three years, supplies sales volume has increased over 30% per year.'' "Unisource chose TST, with its 4 manufacturing plants and 57 public warehouse locations around the country, to help streamline Unisource's distribution of products and minimize its inventory obligations,'' continued Mr. Sorokwasz. "TST is able to provide next day delivery in most markets on their complete product line, and while our distribution capabilities contributed to Unisource's decision, product quality is the factor which captured and will retain this business.'' "TST/Impreso was selected based on the overall value they bring to Unisource through what they offered in field sales support, competitive pricing, strong logistical support and broad product offering,'' commented Allen W. Tate, Vice President - Sales and Marketing Business Papers & Imaging Supplies. "The decision to go with TST/Impreso was made by the Printing & Imaging area market leaders and corporate management, after comparing the proposals and offerings of other major producers within this product category.''
