Latest version offers new features, enhanced performance, and add-on capabilities
WALTHAM, Mass.--Jan. 21, 2002-- Create!form International has unveiled the Create!form Version 2.3 suite of products designed for the IBM OS/400 and Microsoft Windows server platforms. This release includes Create!form, and its output modules Create!stream, Create!fax, Create!email, and Create!archive. New features have been added to the modules to deliver enhanced control capabilities for formatting and delivery of high volume transactional business documents. Create!form products were developed to help medium to large-sized companies in areas such as manufacturing, distribution, banking/insurance, and healthcare streamline their processes and reduce their dependence on paper forms.
Create!form products provide a complete, end-to-end solution for document formatting and delivery, from design to routing and distribution via both print and electronic formats, including fax, e-mail, archive and the Internet. Create!form 2.3 enables organizations to fully customize application output to produce professional quality documents, incorporating variable data, graphics, bar codes, MICR check printing support and more, from their existing business applications. Create!form products are available as a complete suite, or as modules that can be selected based on the specific delivery needs of an organization. The modular product suite offers a flexible, cost effective, enterprise-wide document solution that integrates seamlessly with existing business systems, and requires no application modifications.
Rhonda Gallogy, AS/400 systems manager for Claims Management Group Ltd. said, "Having used an earlier version of the Create!form International software at a previous company, I was delighted with the improvements in the new 2.3 version of the product suite. It is extremely easy to use, and I created two forms projects from scratch within the first two days.''
Kurt Mueffelmann, president and CEO of Create!form International said, "Create!form's updated product suite was developed to maximize user options and increase control over the creation, management and delivery of business communications. The new enhancements will ensure maximum efficiency, flexibility and savings for our clients.''
Create!form is a GUI-based design program that enables users to create custom e-forms on a PC and merge them with output from existing applications for printing on demand or delivery with the Create!form output modules: Create!stream, Create!fax, Create!email and Create!archive. Create!form 2.3 provides many new features and enhancements, including:
* Option to define entry and exit conditions to dynamically determine form projects at print time, based on data within the spool file
* Variable form projects and form resources identification within a form project, to automatically download associated forms and projects
* "Dynamic Fit'' feature automatically adjusts page orientation to fit the format of the spool file for overlay projects
