LDR International Installs 3rd Itoh Cutter at Creel Printing
Press release from the issuing company
PORTLAND, OR - January 17, 2002 -- LDR International today announced they installed last month Creel Printing's 3rd Itoh cutter to date.
Creel Printing, the largest printer in Las Vegas, Nevada, traded in their 16-year-old model MA 45" Itoh cutter, which they had bought from LDR in 1986, for a newer model RM 54" Itoh cutter. The RM 54" Itoh cutter -- which is Creel Printing's 3rd to date -- features a double-ended knife pull for even cuts, variable clamping pressure, linear motion guide for smooth movement, and shear bolts for protection. The RM 54" cutter also features a computer monitor (instead of LCD) display, which is available on the RC model). RM models come in four sizes: 40-1/2", 46", 54", and 63".
In addition to the Itoh cutter, Creel Printing also bought from LDR International a Kudo Ace MJ-95 Sheet Jogger with air assist, extra large (1 meter) stainless steel wings, and computerized sheet counting scale.
LDR International is a provider of total bindery and finishing solutions for the graphic arts and printing industries. Bindery and finishing product lines include paper cutters, trimmers, joggers, printing presses, collators, binders, and saddlestitchers.
