BCT International Reports 3Q Results: Revenue Falls 8%

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Jan. 14, 2002--BCT International has announced its results for the nine months ended November 31, 2001.
For the nine months ended November 30, 2001, revenues decreased 8% to $13.7 million, compared with revenues of $14.8 million in the first nine months of the previous fiscal year. Net income decreased 48% to $567,000 or $.11 per diluted share versus net income of $1,085,000; or $.21 per diluted share, in the first nine months of the previous fiscal year.
In the quarter ended November 30, 2001, the Company's revenues decreased $488,000 to $4.4 million, and net income totaled $291,000, or $.06 per diluted share. This compared with revenues of $4.9 million and net income of $243,000, or $.05 per diluted share, in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year.
