PESHTIGO, Wis.--Jan. 14, 2002--Badger Paper Mills announced the appointment of Mr. Thomas R. Harper as Vice President Sales & Marketing of Badger Paper Mills, Inc. He is responsible for sales and marketing operations of the Company, including customer service and business development. The 1980 University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate held various marketing positions in Wisconsin's paper industry before relocating to Plano, Texas, where he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Ampad L.L.C.
