National Print Group Partners with Long Point Capital for Future Growth

(Chattanooga, TN) – George Diamantis, President and CEO, of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, based National Print Group, Inc., announced today the completion of an equity investment by Long Point Capital, which will provide National the resources to continue its growth strategy. Founded in Chattanooga in 1958 as a billboard printer, National has grown to become a leading large format printer specializing in Out-of-Home Advertising and Point-of-Purchase Displays. National Print Group, Inc., includes National Posters (litho), National Posters Digital (digital), and Spectra/National (screen), all based in Chattanooga; Newman/National (small format litho), Knoxville, Tennessee; Southern/National (screen), /Atlanta, Georgia; Mesa/National (screen), Grand Prairie, Texas; and Lansing/National (screen), Lansing, Michigan. Also included are Retail Merchandising Group, an in-store design company, and RMG Media, a fleet side advertising division. National offers a full range of screen, lithography and digital printing processes as well as broad product and service capabilities including design, manufacturing and fulfillment. With the multiple printing disciplines, National serves a base of businesses from the local advertiser to the most sophisticated national and international retail customers. The customer base includes companies such as The Gap, Eddie Bauer, Coca-Cola, Anheuser Busch, and Miller Beer. For example, we recently had built, to our specifications, one of the largest in-line screen presses in the United States.
