Digital Works is Now ePrint Advantage; Merges with Eagle Print Solutions

Continues distribution through Heidelberg USA Name change and new alignment reflects expanded value proposition, new products   Denver, CO - November 19, 2001 -- Digital Works, Inc., the leading supplier of Web-based tools for the creation and production of customized and personalized marketing materials to the graphic arts industry, changed its name to ePrint Advantage to better support its expansion of people, products and services. ePrint Advantage has also merged its operations with Eagle Print Solutions, Inc. of Denver, Colorado.  The merger allows Digital Works to build on its business model providing web-based software tools and sales and marketing training to commercial printing companies through product enhancement and expansion of their portfolio.   Renamed products and services   As part of the new alignment, ePrint Advantage will rename its current products and services to create space for new product announcements to be made by the end of this year. Through a partnership with Heidelberg USA, Heidelberg markets ePrint Advantage's e1 to1 Mail variable data printing products.
