Moore Names Mark A. Angelson Non-Executive Chairman

TORONTO, Ontario & STAMFORD, Conn.--Nov. 9, 2001--Robert G. Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited announced today the election of Mark A. Angelson to the Board of Directors and to the position of Non-Executive Chairman.
Mr. Angelson is Vice Chairman of Chancery Lane Capital LLC. He fills the Board vacancy and Non-Executive Chairman role that was previously held by R. Theodore Ammon. Mr. Ammon, who was Chairman of Chancery Lane Capital LLC, died on October 22, 2001.
