Heidelberg Colorcam for Mac OS X and Mobile Soon Available

With the latest revision of Colorcam Capture software, available from end of November onwards, the Heidelberg Colorcam – a common development of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and JENOPTIK Laser, Optik, Systeme GmbH – supports the new operating system Mac OS X by Apple Computers. With a new interface, the Colorcam can be used “on location”. With the newest software version 4.0 of Colorcam Capture all Apple operating systems starting from version 8.6. up to the newest revision MAC OS X are being supported. With it’s focus on security and stability MAC OS X promises an even smoother operation than the previous versions. Beside the compatibility with the new MAC OS X the new Colorcam Capture software release 4.0 offers also an additional useful new feature, the twilight function. It allows to superimpose scanned pictures or images, which were taken with the Colorcam, with the online image. The twilight version makes it easy to work with existing layouts or the replication of previous images and allows precise working due to immediate controll on the monitor. From end of November onwards the software release 4.0 is available on the web under the address www.eyelike.com.
