ImageX Sells Creativepro.com to PrintingforLess.com

PORTLAND, Ore.--Oct. 29, 2001--Extensis, Inc., a leading developer of creativity and productivity software for creative professionals, today announced the sale of creativepro.com to Montana-based PrintingforLess.com (PFL).
PFL has acquired the rights and assets related to the creativepro.com portal.
Launched by Extensis, Inc. in August of 1999, creativepro.com serves as a vertical portal providing online content and resources for the print and Web publishing communities. Both companies operated as independent business units until June of 2000 when ImageX acquired both Extensis, Inc. and the creativepro.com brand.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
