Indigo Names New Finance VP and Regional Sales Manager

WOBURN, MA, October 10, 2001 – Indigo N.V. a leader in digital color printing systems, today announced the appointment of George Krikorian to the new post of Vice President of Finance, Indigo America. In addition, industry sales veteran Kevin Oakes has been appointed as Central Region Sales Manager, with responsibility for U.S. Midwestern states and Eastern Canada. Mr. Krikorian, a CPA with two decades of solid financial experience, has been Indigo America’s Director of Finance since 1998. He joined Indigo as Controller in 1996, after seven years as Corporate Controller at Panametrics, Inc. "George Krikorian has an in-depth knowledge of Indigo’s products and practices," said Rick Mangold, General Manager, Indigo America. "The financial systems he established have been instrumental in growing our organization over the past few years and will help oversee our growth, and our customers’ growth, in the future." Mr. Oakes joins Indigo America from MAN Roland, where he had served as Director of Business Development since 1997. Prior to that, he spent ten years with the Agfa Corporation, where he held the position of National Sales Manager for the Chromapress division and, earlier, District Sales Manager. "Kevin Oakes has more than twenty years of experience in the printing industry, and has been closely involved in its digital evolution," said Ron Kukla, Vice President of Sales, Indigo America. "His knowledge of digital printing technology and his commitment to customer satisfaction will be a major factor in expanding Indigo’s already strong sales in the Midwestern U.S. and Eastern Canada."
