XML 2001 Expo to Offer Sessions Examining Real-World Implementation

ALEXANDRIA, VA (September 27, 2001)--IDEAlliance, formerly the Graphic Communications Association, has announced the details of its educational program at XML 2001, the world's leading XML conference and exposition. XML 2001 will take place Sunday, December 9 through Friday, December 14 at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida, USA. The six-day conference will provide participants more than 130 technical sessions and 40 tutorials, along with four keynote addresses, three plenary sessions, and a variety of informal business receptions, discussion groups and social events. XML 2001 will also feature nearly 150 providers of XML-based products and services offering hands-on demonstrations and displays December 11 through 13. More than 3,500 IT professionals are expected to participate, including applications engineers, chief information officers, directors of e-business, project managers and team leaders. Participants at XML 2001 represent a wide range of Fortune 1000 corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations throughout the world.
