ProSys Fill, LLC, a leader in the design and manufacturing of automated filling equipment, announces it will showcase the LB30 Lip Balm Filler and RT60 Tube Filling and Sealing System at Cosmoprof Las Vegas July 13 - 16, 2026. At booth #45292, ProSys will highlight equipment designed to help cosmetic manufacturers improve efficiency, simplify changeovers, and support high-quality finished products across a range of applications.

The LB30 Lip Balm Filler is a semi-automatic hot melt filling line engineered to fill, cool, and cap lip balm sticks at a machine cycle rate of up to 30 per minute. Designed for ease of use, the LB30 features a manual loading station with an angled guide for simple loading, along with a quick-change puck mounting system that enables toolless changeovers among different sizes.

The LB30 also offers puck tooling that fits most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style tubes, including those used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona. An on-board cap sortation station with a gravity cap track presents caps for the auto capping station, while the positive cap seat station helps ensure caps are pressed on completely.

With an automatic filling station featuring a laser sensing trigger, the LB30’s “No tube-no fill” functionality helps prevent accidental spills. A 3-gallon jacketed stainless steel product hopper supports consistent product temperature control, and the positive displacement heated piston filling head helps prevent cold spots while delivering accurate dosing at .1 percent repeatability. The system also includes a re-melt station to give lip balm sticks a glossy, smooth finish on top.

Also on display in July, the RT60 Tube Filling and Sealing System is a compact eight-station dial that fills a variety of tube sizes and styles. The RT60 is designed to fill both plastic and metal tubes on one system, offering cosmetic manufacturers flexibility, reliability, and accuracy in a compact footprint.

The RT60 features fully automatic tube filling and closing, helping reduce labor requirements while supporting efficient production. The eight-station indexing dial is supplied as standard, and additional stations can be added as required. The system is available in plastic/laminate, metal, or combo models, with the combo model allowing users to fill both plastic and metal containers with only a few simple station changes.

Using hot air tube sealing technology, the RT60 offers plastic tube sealing for plastic and laminate tubes with diameters ranging from 3/8-inch to 2 3/8-inch. Custom profile seals and textures are also available for distinctive tube presentations, while swirl filling and custom fill profiles can create strong shelf appeal. Unit dose filling capabilities add further flexibility by allowing small tubes to be filled on the same system.
