Stockholm—Following a series of acquisitions, and with combined revenues exceeding SEK 1 billion, the group behind Åtta45, Exakta, and GBGT Box is consolidating its operations under the new brand Multiply. The initiative marks a continued consolidation of the Nordic print and production market, where larger players are integrating more parts of customers’ communication and production flows.

The combined operation has approximately 460 employees, with headquarters in Stockholm and major facilities in Gothenburg and Malmö. Under Multiply, the offering brings together communication, print, digital solutions, packaging, studio services, and logistics. The group also includes one of Sweden’s largest bookbinding operations, including the country’s only hardcover bindery.

“We see that customers increasingly want to work with fewer suppliers and receive a more cohesive offering. With Multiply, we are bringing together our specialist expertise to strengthen and amplify brand messages across the entire chain, from communication and production to distribution and follow-up. This provides both better control and more efficient processes for managing complex needs,” says Erik Mauritzon, CEO of Multiply.

The Swedish print and production market still largely consists of small and medium-sized players, while demands for sustainability, digitalization, and delivery precision continue to increase. This is contributing to ongoing consolidation, where larger players are integrating more parts of customers’ communication and production flows. At the same time, Multiply is expanding its offering beyond traditional print production, focusing on logistics, packaging solutions, and digital distribution.

“Print today is part of a larger flow. With Multiply, we are bringing together capabilities that were previously separate to create a more cohesive delivery for customers,” Mauritzon adds.

The company plans to continue developing its offering through new service areas and complementary acquisitions, with a focus on strengthening the breadth of the offering rather than individual product areas. At the same time, investments are being made in production and delivery capacity to meet increasing volumes and changing customer demands.

Multiply currently operates in Sweden and sees the Nordics as its next natural growth market.

New platform for continued growth
The launch of Multiply also includes a new brand platform and identity developed in collaboration with Happy F&B, as well as a website created by 14islands. The new platform brings together previously separate offerings and is intended to support the company’s continued growth through increased visibility and a more integrated customer proposition.

Certifications and sustainability work
Multiply is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001, and holds both the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and FSC® certification.
