Zhuhai, China — LINKO, a China-based manufacturer of direct-to-film (DTF) and UV DTF printing equipment with 18 years of industry experience, today announced the release of the DTFLINKO K-607, an A1-format DTF printer equipped with seven Epson i3200A1 printheads designed for high-volume textile decoration operations.
Product Overview
The K-607 is engineered for print service providers and garment decorators requiring sustained high-throughput production. With seven Epson i3200A1 printheads and a print width of 65 cm (25.59 inches), the K-607 delivers print speeds of up to 36–38 m²/h in 4-pass mode and supports both standard CMYK+White and extended 8-color CMYK+W+RD+BU+GR+OR ink configurations.
Key specifications include:
- Printheads: Epson i3200A1 × 7
- Print width: 65 cm / 25.59 inches (A1 format)
- Print speed: 16–38 m²/h depending on pass and color configuration
- Ink capacity: 5,000 ml per color channel; 3,000 ml waste ink bottle
- Media: DTF transfer film, heat transfer paper, PP paper
- Power consumption: 2,500W
- Machine weight: 350 kg
- Operating system: Windows 7/10/11, macOS 10.0–14
- RIP software: PrintFactory, PhotoPrint
Engineering Highlights
The K-607 incorporates several design improvements targeting production reliability and print quality consistency.
A front drying system is included as standard equipment, accelerating ink curing between passes and reducing ink bleeding at high print speeds. The system uses THK 2.0 silent linear guide rails for smooth carriage movement and an integrated heated carriage base plate to maintain uniform ink dot formation across varying ambient temperatures.
The printer features an independent white ink circulation system with intermittent stirring, designed to prevent white ink sedimentation and reduce printhead clogging — a common maintenance challenge in DTF production environments. An air-expansion shaft feeding system supports material rolls up to 300 meters, reducing downtime from roll changes during continuous production runs.
Additional operational features include media-out detection, low-ink and waste-ink level alerts, an anti-collision system, peristaltic pump ink supply, and optional auto-moisturizing and nozzle compensation functions.
Market Application
The K-607 is intended for mid-to-large scale custom apparel businesses, print-on-demand production facilities, garment decoration service providers, and DTF transfer film producers operating at high daily output volumes.
DTF printing has seen significant adoption since the early 2020s due to its compatibility with a wide range of fabric types — including cotton, polyester, nylon, spandex, and 50/50 blends — without requiring fabric pre-treatment. The process transfers full-color designs using PET film, pigment ink, and thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt powder, with wash durability ratings typically reaching Grade 4–5 under ISO 105-C06 testing standards.
Availability
The DTFLINKO K-607 is available for order directly through LINKO's website. The company offers factory-direct pricing, free remote technical training, and 24-hour after-sales support. OEM and ODM configurations are available for distributors and resellers.
