Mortsel, Belgium – Agfa-Gevaert today announces that Fiona Lam, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, has decided to leave the Group to pursue a new professional opportunity. She will join Proximus Group as CFO as of September 1st, 2026.
Fiona joined Agfa-Gevaert in October 2024 and has since played a key role in supporting the Group’s transformation journey. During her tenure, she contributed to strengthening the financial foundations of the company and helped drive performance across the organization, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Pascal Juéry, CEO of Agfa-Gevaert Group, commented:

The process to appoint a successor will be initiated in due course. Fiona will remain in her role until August 31, 2026, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
