Rockford, Illinois — Trekk, Inc., a full-service creative agency based in Rockford, IL, today announced three key hires: Dave Costello as Senior Content Strategist, Kayla Eddy as Content Developer, and Jess Koltz as Account Manager. These additions to the team accelerate Trekk’s ability to deliver highly strategic, multi-channel campaigns across its clients' marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives.
Dave Costello, Senior Content Strategist, will partner closely with Trekk’s cross-functional teams to define each client’s target audiences and develop strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Dave has more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience and brings to Trekk a unique combination of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. Most recently, Dave served as the Director of Marketing, Digital, and Community Relations for the Rockford IceHogs. Dave is active in the community, serving on the Boards of Founders Commission and United Way of Rock River Valley and as part of the Made for Rockford Go Team.
Kayla Eddy will use the role of Content Developer to bring Trekk clients’ brand voices to life with content that educates, engages, and drives measurable results. Her primary focus will be multimedia content for social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit. Kayla comes to Trekk from Rockford University, where she served as Digital Content and Web Marketing Coordinator and recently earned her MBA.

Jess Koltz joins the team as an Account Manager, working directly with Trekk clients to understand their business objectives and translate those objectives into revenue-driving marketing programs. Jess has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and extensive project management experience, and prior to joining Trekk was with Rasmussen University for 16 years. She is also extremely active in the community, serving as a scholarship reviewer for CFNIL and having served on the Board of RAMP and the Rockford Public Library Board of Trustees.
