Off the back of a sold-out AI Automation Hack-A-Thon at DSCOOP Edge Rockies, we’re proud to announce the official launch of the DSCOOP Automation Club – or DAC, as we’ve taken to calling it.
Our mission: Deliver process automation and AI as a sustainable competitive advantage for DSCOOP members.
This isn’t just another community. The DAC is a focused, integration-driven group built for print service providers and partners who are serious about automation, connectivity, and growth, building on the HP PrintOS ecosystem. Whether you’re already integrated or still working towards it, this new Automation Club exists to help you move faster, connect smarter, and get more from the tools you use every day.
What the Dscoop Automation Club (DAC) stands for
The DAC is built on a simple idea: when PSPs, HP and partners work together, everybody wins. Every member is integrated into the HP PrintOS ecosystem and, through the community, shares expertise, surfaces integrations, and solves real problems together.
“At HP, we believe that integration is the foundation of automation. This club will accelerate the learning and adoption of automation tools, AI and more.”
Bob Raus, HP
Think about what that looks like in practice. A PSP comes to the community and says they need to connect their PrintIQ into their Infigo storefront. Within the DAC, that’s a problem someone may have already solved – if a direct, bi-directional integration already exists, club members can get fast answers, guidance and share lessons learns. Add PrintOS SiteFlow into the mix, and suddenly, three or more platforms are talking to each other seamlessly. And, if you add robotics and other (future) innovations, the possibilities expand exponentially. That’s the kind of connected ecosystem the Automation Club is designed to enable. Membership comes with access to a network of automation experts, a platform to contribute your own knowledge, and a direct line to the conversations shaping the future of print software.
Built on serious infrastructure
This isn’t starting from scratch. HP has already done a lot of the hard work of building the connective tissue that makes automation possible at scale.
The APIs and SDKs are there. The ecosystem is there. The DAC is the community layer that helps members actually take advantage of it – together.
“The new DSCOOP Automation Club provides a platform for learning, sharing and collaboration between HP, DSCOOP members and the print industry’s leading software and hardware partners.”
Peter van Teeseling
Who’s invited
We’re opening membership now. If you attended one of the Edge Hack-A-Thons, exhibited at DSCOOP Edge Rockies, or are a software partner operating within the DSCOOP space, we want you in the room.
Membership is free. What we do ask is a genuine commitment to the values of the club: integration with the HP PrintOS ecosystem, and a willingness to work with other PSPs and partners for the benefit of the wider DSCOOP membership. The DAC is a collaborative space, not a broadcast channel.
We’ll also be reaching out directly to invite key partners as founding members – the first wave to carry that founding member status as we build this community from the ground up.
What to expect as a member
The Automation Club will run regular sessions – webinars, workshops, and community events – covering the topics that matter most to automation-focused PSPs, Dscoop partners and members. Some of those sessions will be driven by the DAC leadership. Others will be handed to PSPs who have successfully implemented automation in various forms, and partners will lead other sessions to share what they know, showcase their integrations, and put their product in front of the right audience.
We’ll be announcing our first sessions shortly, covering topics across Q2 and into H2. If you have a session idea or something you’d like to bring to the community, we want to hear it.
“As an IT company at heart, HP has invested millions of dollars to provide over a dozen freely available PrintOS APIs and SDKs for DSCOOP members to leverage, everyday.”
Kirk Lewis, HP

We’re kicking things off with a live session on 23rd April, 11 am EST. We’ll be reflecting on the recent Edge Rockies AI Hack-A-Thon 4.0, officially introducing the community, and setting out what’s on the horizon. Come with questions, come with ideas, or just come to listen.
