FASTSEWN announces the appointment of Hans Klarenbeek, a highly experienced leader in the large format print industry, to its EMEA sales team. In this role, Klarenbeek will support the company’s continued expansion across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Hans brings decades of industry expertise, having held senior leadership positions with several pioneering print technology companies. He previously led sales and marketing at Scitex Europe and later at Indigo Europe as Country Manager for the Benelux played a key role in driving the rapid growth of digital printing solutions.
After his tenure at Vutek Europe where Hans oversaw double revenue growth as the large-format digital print market accelerated, he joined DURST to manage sales, service, and marketing across multiple European countries.
Klarenbeek now joins FASTSEWN to help drive the company’s growth in the textile segment.
“Given the total automation from design to print that large format textile printers have achieved, the last frontier to conquer is to automate the finishing,” said Hans Klarenbeek. “I am excited about the opportunity to join Fastsewn to help accelerate the growth of Fastsewn’s unique solutions allowing large format textile printers to automate the cutting and sewing process and I am convinced that once again I have the opportunity to be part of a growth business and witness how customers will benefit from these innovative solutions in terms of automation and efficiency.
“Adding Hans to our EMEA sales team is a major step forward as we scale our presence in the region,” said Jens-Henrik Osmundsen, EMEA Director of Sales at FASTSEWN. “With our first systems scheduled for customer installations in the US in Q3 and planning to ship 8-10 systems this year, we are now focused on accelerating growth in EMEA.”
The company will begin demonstrations of its 3.3-meter production system in May, available both remotely and at its headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Fastsewn will also be present at the upcoming FESPA exhibition in Barcelona to present the technology and solutions to customers and trade-press.
