Charlotte, NC—Bettylyn Krafft, Chairman of the Phoenix Challenge Foundation, was recognized with the prestigious Jack Glacken “Do the Right Thing” Award at DScoop 2026. The annual award, which is named after Glacken, one of the founding members of Dscoop and the organization’s inaugural chairman, recognizes outstanding commitment and contribution to the Dscoop community.
Presented during DScoop 2026 in Denver, Colorado, the Jack Glacken Award was presented this year to Bettylyn for her unwavering commitment to the print community and a passion for supporting the next generation of print and graphics professionals. Krafft was honored for her tireless advocacy for education, student advocacy, workforce development, and as a tireless mentor for young adults across the industry for 30 years.
As Chairman of the Phoenix Challenge Foundation, Krafft has played a pivotal role in expanding educational opportunities for high school and college students pursuing careers in print and packaging. Under her leadership, the foundation has strengthened partnerships with educators, industry leaders, and organizations to promote hands-on learning, student competitions, and scholarship opportunities.
