LiquidOffice Selected by School For Districtwide eForm Management Standard

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 30 - Cardiff Software, a leader in XML-based forms processing and eBusiness automation solutions, today announced that Franklin Community School Corp., Franklin, Ind., has selected the Cardiff LiquidOffice eForm Management System as the district's eForm standard.
The system will be used to deliver Web-based eForms to administrators, teachers and other employees at the district's seven schools, as well as the administration, transportation, maintenance, and support services buildings.
The LiquidOffice eForm Management System allows organizations to implement paperless forms, complete with Web-based access and automated routing, approval and processing. The cost savings and productivity gains delivered by LiquidOffice can result in a savings of up to $150 for every form used within an organization.
For the Franklin Community School Corp., LiquidOffice is expected to eliminate the district's processing lag -- often as long as 48 hours -- to route forms from one building to another. In contrast, LiquidOffice uses the Web to enable instant forms submission, routing and processing.
The physical process of not having to move forms between the buildings will be a major benefit, said Ray Jones, information services coordinator for Franklin Community School Corp.
"We wanted a system that was intuitive for our staff to use, and one that worked in standard Web browsers without any plug-ins,'' Jones said. "Cardiff's LiquidOffice is the product we found that met all of our requirements.''
By empowering administrators to approve and sign forms electronically, LiquidOffice also ensures that forms, such as field trip, professional development, employee absence, and many other forms, can be properly routed for approval, proper e-signatures attached, and turnaround times reduced to minutes.
Storing forms electronically will free precious, limited space now allotted for paper forms storage, and it will make retrieving forms precise and easy.
