After 18 months of raw conversations, brave storytelling, and growing connection, the She*t for Brains community is taking a moment to pause and say thank you.
On Tuesday, November 19th, the four co-founders, Jessica DeCola (GPA), Chris Minn (Digital Ink), Dave Rosendahl (MindFire), and Jon Bailey (Precision Proco), invite the industry to join a special live session: “Reflections & Gratitude.”
This won’t be a typical gathering. It’s an open live virtual meeting designed for real conversation and genuine connection. A space to reflect on the past year, share what inspired you, and express gratitude for the people and moments that made a difference.
“This year has been humbling,” says co-founder Jessica DeCola. “We started She*t for Brains because we needed a space like this and it has become so much more than we imagined. It’s a constellation of people who care about each other, who show up, and who remind us that we’re not alone.”
Participants will be invited to share something that inspired them this year; a reflection on their personal or professional journey, what they’re thankful for, or simply what they’re looking forward to. No slides. No guest speaker. No pressure. Just people coming together to listen, share, and be part of a community built on honesty, empathy, and care.
“This is about gratitude. And not just for the stories we’ve shared, but for the people who’ve shared them,” adds Minn. “Our community has become our anchor, our mirror, and our reminder that there’s real strength in showing up as you are.”
Come as you are — ready to share or simply listen. Stay for an hour or linger if the conversation carries on. Let’s close out the year together with reflection, gratitude, and connection.

Stay tuned. Share your story. Show up. For yourself and for someone else who needs it. This isn’t about branding. This isn’t about being polished or perfect. It’s about being present. Being vulnerable. Being real. Because we all have sh*t for brains sometimes. And we’re better when we face it together.
