Charlotte, North Carolina – Polyart Group, a leader in specialty papers and films with US manufacturing, is pleased to announce its participation at Printing United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 in Orlando, Florida.

Driving the Future of Print: Sustainability and Digital Leadership

At this year’s expo, Polyart Group will highlight its dual focus: a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability and expanding leadership in digital printing.

Sustainability at the Heart
At Polyart Group, sustainability is more than a trend—it’s a strategic imperative. Our five-year business plan champions environmental responsibility, anchored by the principles of the circular economy and ambitious ESG targets across all divisions.

Our growing portfolio of eco-friendly papers and films includes both recycled and recyclable options, ensuring that performance and environmental stewardship go hand in hand.

Manufactured in Charlotte, the flagship r-Polyart® is a synthetic paper with a reduced carbon footprint, ideal for labels and graphic applications. This HDPE film contains 30% post-consumer recycled content, mimics the look and feel of Polyart standard, and is fully recyclable. It is water- and tear-resistant, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, and delivers exceptional printing and fast ink drying—all in alignment with our circular economy goals.

We are also excited to introduce Fiberskin® and Fiberskin® Tag, innovative new substrates offering a plastic-free solution. These products are 100% recyclable, biodegradable, PVC-free, and certified by FSC® (FSC®-C084527 and FSC®-C195593) with food-contact approval. Engineered for durability, they resist water and weather, making them ideal for plant tags, outdoor signage, wristbands, race bibs, and other demanding uses where sustainability and toughness are essential.

Together, r-Polyart® and the Fiberskin® family embody Polyart Group’s dedication to pairing superior performance with environmental responsibility—helping customers reduce their environmental impact without compromise.

All Polyart Group factories are regularly assessed by Ecovadis, a leading authority in sustainability and CSR performance. This year, we are proud to announce our 2025 EcoVadis Silver Medal, placing us among the top 15% of companies worldwide for sustainability—a testament to our robust and effective CSR practices.

Leading the Way in Digital Printing
Polyart Group has engineered a comprehensive portfolio of papers and films tailored for high-quality digital printing—compatible with Dry Toner, Water-based and UV Inkjet, and HP Indigo technologies.

New for 2025: Polyart® Inkjet —a robust HDPE synthetic paper produced in Charlotte—delivers superior results for short-run, high-impact labels requiring water-based inkjet (pigment & dye) printing. With outstanding tear and weather resistance (from -75°F to +140°F), vivid color reproduction, and reliable performance, it is ideal for industrial and outdoor labels, wine and craft beer, cosmetics, race bibs, event tags, signage, and product IDs.

From labels and tags to packaging and graphics, Polyart substrates assure vibrant color, crisp detail, and exceptional durability.

Committed to innovation, Polyart Group partners with leading OEMs to rigorously test and certify its materials, ensuring customers stay at the forefront of digital printing technology.
