Press release from the issuing company
PARAMUS, NJ, August 16, 2001 – The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) has announced that seven highly regarded industry experts, many of whom have written books published by NAPL, will speak at the organization’s booth at PRINT 01 from September 6-13, on a twice-daily basis.
Professional sales trainer and marketing consultant Peter Ebner, author of NAPL’s "SuperCharge Your Print Sales Training Program," motivational speaker Sean McArdle, author of NAPL’s "Customer Creation" and "The Winning Sales Call," and writer, editor, teacher and consultant Frank Romano, author of more than 30 books – including NAPL’s acclaimed new Pocket University Series – will be among the noted industry experts sponsored at PRINT 01 by NAPL.
Also appearing will be Tom Albrecht, president of All Quality Standards (aQsi), a Chicago-based firm that specializes in helping graphic arts companies improve business processes; C. Clint Bolte, a specialist in growth-management issues who wrote NAPL’s "How Fulfillment Services Drive Print Volume"; Tim Dalton, author of NAPL’s "The Printer’s Guide to Waste Reduction"; and William J. Herrott, a key NAPL consultant with extensive printing industry experience.
All seven experts will speak twice daily at NAPL’s Booth 2180, in a special 20-seat theater area. In addition, books by many of the speakers will be available for purchase at a separate display area, along with a full range of other NAPL publications.
According to I. Gregg Van Wert, NAPL’s president and CEO, the high level of attendance experienced at PRINT 01 is expected to create correspondingly high traffic to NAPL’s booth. "We’re obviously pleased to present such an impressive range of experience and expertise at PRINT 01," he commented. "NAPL’s mission is to enable the printing industry to profit through change – and all of our speakers are skilled at presenting information that’s relevant to today’s changing business environment."
Chartered in 1933, NAPL is a not-for-profit trade association representing the $88 billion commercial printing industry. NAPL’s mission is to "Enable the printing community to profit from change," through a full range of management and educational services to its membership.
In addition to on-site training at its Center for Professional Development in Paramus, New Jersey, and Management Institute (MI) courses held at Northwestern University, NAPL offers consulting services as well as an annual Top Management Conference (TMC) recognized as a leading source of strategic ideas.
