Belgium – CERM is proud to introduce CERM Copilot – CERM’s new concept for all AI-powered functionalities integrated into our MIS Software for the label and packaging printing industry.
With CERM Copilot, CERM is bringing artificial intelligence directly into the heart of the CERM MIS. This powerful suite of tools is designed to automate manual tasks, streamline communication flows, and boost user productivity. From processing incoming orders and quotes to making data more accessible through natural language commands, CERM Copilot helps users spend less time on repetitive work and more time on value adding tasks.
Early use cases already show strong potential:
Automated Order Intake: CERM Copilot can read and understand unstructured emails, PDFs, or Excel files. It extracts relevant data and enters it directly into the MIS, triggering workflows automatically. This saves customer service teams hours of manual input.
Voice and Language Commands: Speak or type – the Copilot understands natural language. Users can query data, generate reports, or enter data faster and easier than ever before.
Smart Onboarding and Assistance: New users will learn the MIS faster with the help of AI. Finding the right function or screen becomes intuitive.
CERM Copilot builds on the success of Lumi, our AI-powered support chatbot launched last year. It’s the next logical step in our vision to bring AI into the core of the label and packaging workflow.
A live proof of concept will be showcased at the CERM exhibition stand during LabelExpo:
