MENTOR, Ohio--Avery Dennison Corporation, a leading global materials science and digital identification solutions company, announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2035. The Senior Notes were priced at 99.394% of their principal amount. The offering is expected to close on September 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to finance acquisitions and repay existing indebtedness under its commercial paper program.
