Press release from the issuing company
LONG BEACH, Calif.--Aug. 14, 2001--Epson America Inc., creator of high quality award-winning digital imaging products, has developed and introduced a quality plain paper for two-sided printing.
EPSON Premium Bright White Paper has a brightness level that delivers outstanding color and image quality on a plain paper so that it is ideal for printing letters, web page, emails and business documents.
Premium Bright White Paper marks Epson's first offering of an uncoated ink jet paper and is compatible with all dye or pigment-based ink jet printers from all manufacturers. The 24-pound paper features a brightness of 108+ and whiteness of 155, which makes text appear darker and crisper and delivers vibrant, clear colors to make graphics and images pop off the page.
"Business users will always need a quality plain paper for inter-office and external business documents," said Colleen Hollenback, product manager, consumables, Epson. "And as Internet usage has increased, so has people's printing activity. Premium Bright White Paper is the perfect paper to print colorful web pages or business documents that contain text, graphics and photos."
EPSON Premium Bright White Paper is available through computer superstores and specialty retail stores nationwide, mail order and the Internet, including Epson's Web site. The estimated street price for a 500-page ream of letter size paper is $8.99.
