CHARLOTTE, NC – Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc. (PICA) has announced the New Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, which starts July 1, 2025.

Chairwoman of the Board of Directors is Vickie Smith from Sun Solutions in West Columbia, SC.

Chairman-Elect is John Mullis of Hearn Graphic Finishing in Winston-Salem, NC.

Immediate Past Chairman is Joe Conley of Millennium Print Group in Greensboro, NC.

Secretary-Treasurer is Jordan Finn from Indexx in Greenville, SC.

Assistant Secretary-Treasurers are Lee Ellen Turnbull and Walter Hobbs.

The Director-at-Large for NC is Kelly Clark of Laser Image in Durham, NC.

The Vice Chair for NC is Mike Dickinson from Laser Image in Durham, NC. He will also serve as the PICA Awards Committee Chairman.

Director, Area 1 (Western NC) is Scott Cotten of BP Solutions in Asheville, NC.

Director, Area 2 (Charlotte Metro) is Rich Schepler of AlphaGraphics South Charlotte, in Charlotte, NC.

Director, Area 3 (Triad) is Steven Roberts of Elite Print Finishing in Burlington, NC.

Director, Area 4 (Triangle) is Chris Wallace of Performance Print Services in Durham, NC.

Director, Area 5 (Eastern NC) is Parker Morgan of Morgan Printers in Winterville, NC.

Director, Area 6 (Upstate SC) is Kim Fox of Revolution Labels in Spartanburg, SC.

Director, Area 7 (Columbia East) is Jess MacCallum of Professional Printers in West Columbia, SC.

The PICA Foundation President is Phil Kelley, Jr. of Salem One in Winston-Salem, NC.

Matt Russell of H+M USA a Kurz Company in Charlotte, NC, has been appointed Associate Committee Chairman.

The Fall Conference Committee Chairman is Terry Swade of Salem One in Winston-Salem, NC.

The Emerging Leader Co-Chairs are Bryce Poremba of Elite Print Finishing in Burlington, NC and Heaven Nemeth of Poole Printing Company in Raleigh, NC.

Also on the Board of Directors is the PICA President, Carrie Epps, of Charlotte, NC.

The PICA Board of Directors serves as the governing body for Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc. (PICA) a trade association representing the printing, converting, and graphic communications industry in North and South Carolina. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, it will be celebrating its 100th year in 2031.
