JetForm Enhances e-Forms Solution with Forms Management
Press release from the issuing company
Ottawa, ON, July 18, 2001 --- JetForm Corporation, a global provider of e-process solutions, today announced it will extend its e-forms solutions to include Web-based forms management - a forms repository that provides forms and data access from a customized and personalized Web portal. The solution will allow organizations to securely deploy, manage and store forms, data and records.
JetForm e-forms are easy to design and can be deployed and delivered in multiple environments. The addition of a Web-based forms management tool to the JetForm solution will allow customers to centrally manage their forms and data, and generate reports. This will save organizations time and money by accelerating and simplifying their forms management processes.
JetForm will offer the forms management tool through an agreement with FormSoft Group Ltd., a leading Web repository vendor. The agreement allows JetForm to resell FormSoft's FormFinder for the Web™ repository.
The State of Wisconsin uses JetForm and FormSoft's FormFinder for the Web integrated solution to reduce their paper form usage, while creating a common look and feel between departments. The solution provides Web-based forms management that aligns and integrates with other enterprise projects.
"FormSoft's FormFinder for the Web is a perfect fit to extend our JetForm e-forms," said Joyce E. Endres, CFSP, Statewide Data, Forms and Records Coordinator for the State of Wisconsin. "The ability to extend our electronic forms with a central forms repository and management tool means we now have the benefit of a great overall solution for managing our Web forms and associated data."
"We recognize JetForm as a leader in e-forms solutions," said Randy Popson, president of FormSoft Group Ltd. "Together our products provide a best-of-breed solution which will strengthen our customers' e-forms management processes."
"JetForm's integration with FormFinder for the Web will extend and enhance the overall JetForm e-forms offering," said David Welch, vice president and general manager of JetForm's global e-forms business group. "FormSoft is a leader in forms management solutions and our partnership will accelerate Web-based form management solutions for our customers."
