Minneapolis — SeaChange is proud to announce that CEO Wendi Breuer has been named a finalist for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Heartland award, presented by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). The award celebrates unstoppable entrepreneurs who are redefining the future through bold innovation, purpose, and impact.
Breuer is one of just 30 finalists selected from across the Heartland region — including Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and the Dakotas — recognized by an independent panel of judges for her extraordinary leadership, transformational growth, and commitment to community and culture.

Wendi’s impact extends far beyond business. A longtime board member of the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), she has championed equity and representation for women entrepreneurs. She was a founding member of the NAWBO Catalyst Fund, which has raised $125,000 to support early-stage women-owned businesses — 70% of which are diverse.
