Salt Lake City, Utah – Peczuh Printing & Paperbox is proud to announce the appointment of Heather Peterson as the company’s new Vice President of Finance, effective immediately. Heather brings more than two decades of financial leadership and strategic planning experience to the role, further strengthening the company’s executive team during a period of continued growth and innovation.
In her new role, Heather will oversee all financial operations across Peczuh’s facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term planning. She will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure the company’s financial health supports its strategic goals and evolving customer needs.

Prior to joining Peczuh, Heather served in various senior financial roles across manufacturing and print-based industries, where she led initiatives that improved operational efficiency and supported significant revenue growth. Her collaborative leadership style and strong analytical skills have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and forward-thinking strategist.
Heather holds an MBA from BYU and is passionate about developing strong finance teams, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to a culture of innovation and integrity.
