Stora Enso Reports on Stock Repurchase

Stora Enso began repurchasing its own shares on the Helsinki stock exchange on 28 March 2001. By 30 June 2001 Stora Enso had purchased 476,600 A shares and 2,415,400 R shares. This authorization is valid up to and including 19 March 2002.
