Cambridge, Ontario — Komori Chambon Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CPS Canadian Primoflex Systems Inc.
CPS Canadian Primoflex Systems Inc. (CPS), is a leading innovator in flexographic printing press technology, headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
Thanks to its expertise in flexographic printing systems, CPS serves diverse industries including paperboard packaging, lottery tickets printing and pharmaceuticals.
CPS’s well-established position will strengthen Komori Chambon Group presence in North American while expanding its global technological capabilities.

This strategic move represents Komori Chambon Group's second North American acquisition in 2024, after Bernal LLC, a world leader in the manufacture of rotary die tools. It establishes Komori Chambon group as the world's only comprehensive solution provider for paperboard converting operations.

• Following the transaction, CPS will be rebranded as Komori Primoflex Systems (KPS)
