Settle Plate Changer SPC 1000
The Settle Plate Changer SPC 1000 on display won the prestigious German Packaging Award 2024 in the packaging machines category. It offers automated viable monitoring in the aseptic filling process, which reduces manual interventions for environmental monitoring by 80 percent. With its 24-hour operation, the SPC 1000 increases machine availability by up to three hundred hours per year. An energy-free adhesive gripper technology ensures precise handling of settle plates during production.
The Settle Plate Changer SPC 1000 features a standardized interface for transferring exposure data to upper layer systems. Optional barcode scanning offers increased process safety and traceability. The SPC 1000 helps customers comply with the latest EU GMP Annex 1 requirements for both new and existing equipment. Quick and easy retrofits are available for Syntegon machines as well as all other machine brands, types, and controls.
GKF 60 R&D ProTect Capsule Filling Machine
Also on display is the GKF 60 R&D ProTect capsule filling containment solution, which provides a barrier system to protect personnel from negative contamination impacts for production processes classified up to OEB4. Its compact design features six stations, making it a flexible and space-efficient solution ideal for R&D and small-scale production.
RMA: flexible assembly of small batches
Pens and autoinjectors, essential for antidiabetics and weight management products, can be precisely assembled thanks to the new RMA. This space-saving, semi-automatic assembly machine for clinical trials and small batches was developed by Syntegon in close cooperation with customers. The system supports pharmaceutical manufacturers in determining the properties of their drug delivery systems and assembling them in accordance with regulatory standards. The RMA adheres to Syntegon’s design philosophy of scalability, allowing customers to seamlessly transition to higher-output machines as they increase capacity for market launches.
