Addition of Roodle Scored™ provides customers more products with an easy-to-remove, printable scored liner

STOW, Ohio – Mactac® Graphics & Signage Solutions is adding an easy-to-remove, printable scored liner to its Oodles™ products, expanding its innovative wide-format graphics pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) Scored Liner product line.

Mactac PSA Scored Liner products are the first of their kind to hit the market. Printvinyl Scored™ was introduced in 2023, and Roodle Scored™ (ROS528) launches today.

“Printvinyl Scored was well-received by customers and that success warranted the expansion of the Scored Liner product offering,” said Nate Goodman, Technical Product Manager, Mactac Graphics & Signage Solutions. “Roodle Scored allows for the liner to be removed easily, which leads to an easier installation.”

The original Roodle® (RO628) is a top selling Mactac product ideal for wall murals, signage, and decals. The new Roodle Scored has similar characteristics, but with a slightly modified product construction.

Roodle Scored has the same aggressive removable adhesive found in Roodle. The film is a 5.5 mil matte white calendared PVC that is printable with UV, latex, and solvent print methods. The scored liner is a 78# white Kraft liner that is UV and latex printable. The back score is 2.5-inches apart and is designed to make the installation easier and allow a seamless, hassle-free liner removal.

The scored, printable liner offers several benefits, including:

• Easy graphic installation using the hinge method, even for new/inexperienced installers

Roodle Scored has an outdoor durability of 4 years, with clean removability up to 2 years.

It is ideal for indoor wall posters and murals on flat painted drywall or other smooth surfaces. It can also be used for decals, stickers, point-of-sale/point-of-purchase displays, and window graphics.
