The educational agenda is an integral part of this event and Crawford Technologies’ subject matter experts will be participating in several sessions on different topics. Kicking off the Summit on Tuesday, September 24 at 9:00 a.m. is the keynote Where in the World is Pat McGrew? An Xploring Life! In the second half of the keynote, a panel of industry experts will share their unique perspectives on how far the industry has come and what they see on the horizon. Ernie Crawford, M-EDP, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will be among the panelists.

Dennis Quon, director of document accessibility solutions at Crawford Technologies, along with Christy Bailer Joiner, director, client experience, O’Neil Digital Solutions, will present Accessible High Volume Medicare Document Automation for the PSP on Tuesday, September 24 at 11:00 a.m. The session will share how O’Neil Digital Solutions responded to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ 2023 rule requiring communications to be in accessible digital and physical alternate formats by adopting automation solutions that make documents accessible in real time.
Ernie Crawford will present Wow Your Customers with On-Demand Omni-Channel Communications on Tuesday, September 24 at 2:30 p.m. Attendees will learn how combining automation and AI successfully can simplify complex omnichannel interactions and deliver them on the fly in web, mobile, accessible formats and even translated into customers’ native languages.
On Wednesday, September 25 at 8:30 a.m., Ernie Crawford will be part of the panel Innovations in Enterprise Communication: Bridging Digital and Print for the Future of CCM. Panelists will discuss how integration of delivery channels can enhance customer engagement and increase efficiency and cost effectiveness while optimizing omni-channel communications.
On Wednesday, September 25 at 2:30 p.m., Ligia Mora, senior product manager at Crawford Technologies, will present Don’t Leave Anyone Behind: Key Facts About Accessibility and Language Translations, sharing with attendees how to generate accessible documents for diverse audiences and/or in multiple languages in minutes, not days.
