MCS, Inc. Unveils Five New Print Technologies at Three Leading Trade Shows on September 9, thru the 11th !

Gaithersburg, MD – MCS, Inc. is proud to announce its largest presence ever by exhibiting at three leading trade shows during the week of September 9, 2024. The company's presence includes five new technologies, some of which are being shown for the first time at these events.

At Printing United 2024, ( Central Hall — C2431)
MCS will unveil the Merlin 55000, the first low-cost process color cut-sheet inkjet press for coated materials. This press features a 13” x 19” 400 GSM sheet capability capacity for gloss and coated stocks – without the need for inkjet treated papers. MCS is proud to be the launch partner for this exciting industry leading press.

In addition, Think Ink will introduce the low cost Macaw, a full-color inkjet envelope and page printer capable of up to 9,000 envelopes per hour, will also be demonstrated.

The event will also see the release of the new Cursive MyFont (r) Handwriting software for high volume mail prouction. MyFont (r) is available exclusivily through MCS and Raptor family of inkjets.

MCS Technology Demonstrations will also include the industry leading EPIC Ultra High-Speed inserter at our partner, BlueCrest.

At SuperCorrExpo 2024, (Array Technolgies – 2605)
MCS (Array Technologies) will introduce the Harrier, a low-cost process color technology printer featuring a 4.25” up to 21.25” print width, 600/1200 DPI resolution, a variety of ink options, and eco-friendly capabilities.

The Eagle C Process Color Printer will also be showcased, with 4.25 to 34” print widths, 1200 DPI resolution, and up to 667 feet per minute printing speed.

At LabelExpo Americas 2024, (Add-Jet/MCS Booth 6615 )
MCS/Add-Jet will demonstrate eco-friendly solutions including Condor/Falcon/Eagle, which features a wide range of inks with water technology, multiple printing technologies driven by a universal controller, and targeted for water based eco-friendly requirements.
